I requested to have my breakfast delivered at a specific time, but it was brought earlier. I was still sleeping and they woke me up. Also, they don’t speak English, so it was very difficult to communicate.

The entire property needs to be updated, it does not look like the pictures advertised. It’s quite dilapidated and needs to be updated or renovated but I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Rusting in bathroom (shower handle was literally falling apart) the wooden wall at the head of the bed was falling apart. Bath tub was stained. Private pool was barely clean, very cloudy and full of debris The staff were warm and friendly, communication was great but the facilities undermined what would have been a great experience. Overall 4/10 no where near what’s advertised or expected

There were no tea or coffee facilities in the room. No service to room for three days no rubbish removed. Only half a toilet roll for three days which as a couple staying there we ran out. Breakfast was very very ordinary, only one very skinny little sausage and one egg omelette with no spices or salt and pepper. It was not a cheap stay.. no one spoke English.

Hotel delabré, la chambre est sale, les sanitaires inutilisable car tres sale, odeur d'egout horrible et des rats et 1 lezard dans la chambre. De plus tres mal situé, en pleine campagne avec rien a côté ni même un restaurant. Piscine non utilisable car tres mal entretenu, des algues collees au parois. Draps sale et serviettes tachées. Ne venez surtout, vous serez déçus en tout point.

The villa was very dirty a specially the bathroom you can tell they never clean it with any chemicals I had to go to the shop to get chemicals and do it my self . No hot water in shower .Also they aren’t washing duvet covers my one was stained and had bad sweat smell from previous guests. Even after asking the staff to change it they brought me again dirty duvet cover .. the staff speak very little English but they were helpful.

The place is run down .cleanliness none what so ever. The picture you see was when the restaurant was just open. In reality dirty and old .Shower dirty, tap dirty and broken.the bathroom had a strong smells of urine. Hard to sleep at night because of that.Bed sheet had urine stained .i had to ask to have them replaced .I would not stay there ever again.

The onwer was very nice. The property needs major improvements. The villa i stayed in air conditioner barely worked it was on 16 Celsius and i was still sweating at night. I told the manager and he came to check it out and said it was working. If i could have left and gotten a refund i would have left. I was only able to get 1 english working channel, which after a couple of hours went to infomercials. I was told there was no wash clothes to bath with only dry towles. I did not know the villa had room service, which i never used. The American breakfast was not hot when i got it 8 in the morning. I was not told i had to order breakfast a day before if i wanted it, until my transportation rep came to meet with and i asked him to ask the staff about breakfast. But i can say the ower did remove some tree branches so that i can have a drone shoot of the flower pool they completed. When i asked for room service the garbage was left in the room. This villa is very ran down and needs some major upgrades. The wifi was not good it went in and out. The sitting chair and bench in the villa was very dirty and needs cleaning. The headboard on the bed was lifting really bad.

The description of the villa on wotif website is false there is no shuttle service or scooter hire on site which you need cause you sre so far from anything thankfully thev young lady finally was able to help us get a taxi which was hard enough we rebooked another hotel and left after 2 hours the villa was just too dirty and bugs well plenty of those no resturant on site either or anything to do ,the villa pool was nice though but everything else poor i should have realised that at 70 percent off that was to good to be true leason learnt moved to another hotel and still enjoyed our holiday in bali

The pictures need updating. I think covid has had a negative effect here. Very run down, i had an ok villa in that the bed was comfortable, aircon was new and quiet, the pool clean and quiet filter, the bathroom needs work and overall needs updating and maintenance. If you dont have own transport location would be unconvenient as no restaurants in area.

Too many bugs

We booked for our honeymoon and upon arrival there really wasn’t much around or within walking distance. It’s very secluded. But once we got to our villa and we’re trying to settle in we had serious bug issues. The doors aren’t sealed well so we had moths, flys, and mosquitoes everywhere. As well as ant problems. The staff were really nice but we had to check out next day.

Not so exclusive

We stayed here three nights, Friendly staff and excellent service, but the location is a bit off, and you will need a taxi or own scooter to go anywhere interesting. The room was big with a view of the pool and garden from the bed, and the private pool was excellent. The not so exclusive parts, the bedroom had signs of wear and water damage. In the bathroom, the sink was crack and looked like it was going to fall off the wall. There were a few insects around, more than we had seen in other places. The included breakfast was pretty disappointing, and the WiFi was very slow.

Awesome place to stay, very nice looking room. There are just a few things you have to know and realize in this country. It's very outdoors and there are lizards and bugs around so know that. They made every accommodation to get us taxis and rides and even coordinated with our airport shuttle to get our bags from the hotel while we shopped at Krishna and the Kuta area and was able to pick us up there. We didn't spend much time in the villa because we had plans everyday but when we were there everything was great. It's a really accommodating country and atmosphere everywhere in Bali.

Best Valentines Day ever!

Aishwarya Villas was perfect for us as we wanted a quality property for a three night Valentines Day getaway. The villa with private pool was fantastic. The staff and service were 5-star. Everyone was eager to help and happy to see you. We were thankful for the airport and area shuttles as we weren’t keen on driving a rental car on the busy narrow roads. The location was quite secluded with no usable beach nearby so take the shuttle to Sanur if you want beach time. We spent much of the day by the pool so that wasn’t much of an issue. If we’d stayed longer we’d have used our cooking facilities more as your options are room service meals or taking a shuttle to Sanur restaurants. Thanks to everyone at Aishwarya for a wonderful Valentines Day. The card and chocolates were also appreciated!

Nice Villa outside tourist Hotspot

The Villa was actually great with a lot of comfort. But there is no place to enjoy the sun. The area of the Villas is about 15min away with a car to the beach of Sanur. A Shuttle Transfer ist free and has only be ordered. Thanks for the nice time

Aishwarya Villas liegt außerhalb von Sanur (ca 15 Fahrminuten - kostenloses Shuttle inbegriffen) in der Nähe eines schwarzen Sandstrandes, der jedoch wegen starker Strömung nicht zum baden geeignet ist. In der direkten Umgebung befindet sich nicht viel nur vereinzelt kleine Warungs und Supermärkte. Die Villa mit privatem Pool war wirklich schön, leider lag der Pool den ganzen Tag im Schatten. Wir hätte gerne in einem kleinen Bereich Sonne gehabt. Zu erwähnen ist das äußerst leckere und reichhaltige Frühstück, das auf der eigenen Terasse serviert wird. Auch der Roomservice war hervorragend und zu günstigen Preisen. Es befindet sich ein Wasserspender mit kaltem, heißem Wasser in der Villa, außerdem ein großer Kühl-Gefrierschrank. Momentan wird ein großer Gemeinschaftspool und ein Restaurant gebaut - wenn es fertig ist wird es sicher sehr schön werden. Uns persönlich hat die Gegend um Sanur nicht so gut gefallen, Aishwarya Villas können wir aber empfehlen.
