My brothers and I, along with our families, make an annual trip to Wildwood to visit our parents, and this year, a new family addition meant we needed more space. We found the perfect solution with this house in Summerfield, ideally situated between 301 and 441. The location strikes a perfect balance—easy access to everything we needed, yet tucked away in a safe, quiet, rural setting that felt like a peaceful retreat.
The property itself is massive and surrounded by beautiful, tree-lined grounds where we watched colorful birds walk through daily—a treat for the kids and adults alike. The two-story house was spotless, spacious, and modern, with an open design that made it easy for all of us to hang out together. The rooms were generously sized, and the beds were so comfortable that everyone slept like logs. Downstairs, the plush, oversized couches were a hit—not only for lounging but also as extra sleeping spots. The kitchen and the laundry room were good size, stocked with sturdy, high-quality appliances.
We loved the upstairs deck, where morning coffee became a daily ritual with a view of the serene surroundings. The property manager made everything seamless, providing clear arrival instructions and even leaving water and coffee for us—such a thoughtful touch. For our family’s needs, this place was a home run, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, spacious house in the area. We’re already looking looking forward to booking it again next year!
