Conveniently located near Looe Key, one of the most famous reef systems in the Florida Keys, offering world-class snorkeling, diving, and vibrant marine life in crystal-clear waters just a short boat ride away. Picnic Island is a nearby local sandbar popular with locals and visitors. A beautiful place to hang out after a day of fishing. The canal control depth is approximately 4 feet and the dock can accommodate a boat up to 36ft in length.

Parking: This home allows parking for up to 2 vehicles plus 1 boat trailer. If you need additional parking please let us know and we can assist in some alternatives.
Age requirement: Primary guest must be 25 years of age or older.
**Please note that there are 3 active security cameras on the exterior of this home. One on the front entrance, one with a street view facing the vacant lot, and one by the deck in the backyard. There are no cameras inside the home and no cameras facing towards the pool area.
