“Kay is an outstanding host. The house was clean and accurately described. Kay has little touches that really make you feel at home. The beds are so comfy and the dogs loved the fenced in yard. Private and well kept. The view is also incredible. Cannot say enough about this place or Kay! Outstanding!”

“Excellent house! We enjoyed the king size beds which were super comfortable. Perfect location - it’s a close drive to anywhere you want to go in Charleston / Stadium / Folly - which is where we visited during our stay. Communication is top notch with Jessica. She’s fantastic to work with. Only complaint we had which is not a huge complaint was we wish the yard had been cut and there was a huge fire ant area near the back door / driveway area so we didn’t use the back door but wasn’t super...

“The cottage was so cozy and inviting with a lovely courtyard space. The building was a former kitchen that has been renovated into an apartment while keeping the historic charm. The location is spectacular - quiet, walkable and the owners are very responsive. I’ll definitely stay here on my next visit to Charleston. ”

“Goods as advertised. In the middle of all sorts of dining and shopping. A quick trip over the bridge and you're in downtown Charleston. The host was friendly and gave us lots of recommendations for the beach and 4th of july. Would definitely stay again next time we are in town. ”
