“We came with our family to Spring training . This place was a perfect location. The pool & hot tub were wonderful. We will definitely be back. ”

“All the light switches were marked. The kitchen was fully equipped. The outside area is nice. Our group would recommend this property. Just 2 things to be aware of: the pool is not heated and the garage is not available to guests. We figured the pool wouldn’t be heated and we aren’t real swimmers, but that might be disappointing to families with kids. As for the garage, we are golfers, so we had to haul our clubs back and forth each day to put them inside.”

“We stayed here for Spring Training and it was a great location, spacious, and accommodated our dogs, for which we were grateful! ”

“House was very clean, in good location, and a good value overall. ”

“Beautiful and clean home with a very responsive Host.No usable private outdoor space (the small backyard is completely empty and bare). However, the home is very spacious inside and is essentially across the street from the community pool (with splash pad), playground, and shared outdoor space. This community area was great for kids.Kitchen, laundry room, and bedrooms were well supplied and had everything we needed for a long stay.Overall a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend...

“Everything was great - from check in to check out. The house was very spacious and love that each bedroom had a King size bed, although they may need upgraded soon.”

“Property Manager are awful to communicate with. Within the first 30mins, we found blood on pillows and wall. Multiple items were broken. I don't recommend this to place. Vents were so dirty, dust was falling on the floor. Oh let me not forget garage is broken so you have to walk to get to the front door. Which is not close to the townhome.”

“Erica went over and above to make sure all of our needs were met. She even made sure a new basketball was delivered before we got there so we could shoot some baskets! Highly recommend! What a wonderful host. ”

“Llegamos a las 11:30 de la noche y no había nadie, dice que es 24 horas, estaba dormido el encargado salió hasta las 3 de la mañana nos tuvimos que esperar mucho tiempo para que nos dieran la habitación, ya queríamos descansar despues de manejar tantas horas, pésimo servicio. ”

“The pictures on this are deceiving. The yard is very overgrown and needs to be manicured badly. Could be pretty if so and nice to have shade. The sprinklers would randomly come on when we would be outside taking our dogs to the restroom and it got quite muddy each time. The outdoor furniture is very dirty. The inside of the home is decent, but has very dark lighting in most rooms and shows some age. Very little supplies were included for things like dishwasher, toilet paper, etc. We were very...

“This house was great for the amount of adults we had. It was roomie, well equipped, and plenty to do to keep you occupied. We will be back next year for our annual foundations golf tournament. Thank you for a fun weekend in a great house! ”
