Decorado con buen gusto 3 habitaciones, 3 baños, 1500+ pies cuadrados unidad final.

Cubiertas grandes de nivel superior e inferior con amplias vistas de las montañas al oeste y al sur, chimenea de gas y barbacoa de gas. El condominio se encuentra en la cresta, junto al campo de golf Elkhorn.

Acceso gratuito y corta caminata a SV Pool Pool (piscina, jacuzzi, sauna y baño de vapor) y canchas de tenis / pickle ball.

Cocina completamente funcional, electrodomésticos nuevos, lavadora / secadora nuevas, estacionamiento gratuito en la calle y corta caminata al sistema de tránsito de Sun Valley.

El condominio está recién remodelado, amplio y muy cómodo. Como unidad final, obtendrás mucha luz natural a lo largo del día. Hay una gran terraza junto a la sala de estar y dos más en cada dormitorio principal.

WiFi está configurado y disponible.

Sonos compatibles con Alexa.

Hay un Smart TV de 55 "en la sala de estar con cable local y TV de YouTube. TV por Internet. Los televisores inteligentes en las habitaciones también cuentan con cable local. Sonos, consola de juegos Nintendo y un montón de juegos de mesa.

Los dos dormitorios principales salen a grandes terrazas y cada uno tiene un baño contiguo para mayor privacidad y comodidad. El tercer dormitorio y el baño están en la misma planta. Todas tienen baño privado y zona de bañera / ducha.

La cocina está totalmente equipada. La vajilla, la configuración del lugar, los platos para servir y varios aparatos de mano son todos nuevos. Hay algunas especias básicas. Solo trae comida / bebida y estás listo para unas excelentes vacaciones.

Usted está a una corta distancia a pie de Dollar Mountain, a una milla de Sun Valley Lodge, a un par de millas de Ketchum y el sistema de autobuses local se encuentra en la entrada de Ridge para llevarlo a cualquier lugar al que desee ir.

Well appointed cozy condo

We recently stayed at this fantastic condo in Ketchum and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The condo itself was impeccably appointed and wonderfully cozy, making it the perfect retreat after a day of adventure. The hosts were exceptionally communicative and helpful, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was seamless. The check-in process was well thought out and very easy. The amenities were top-notch, including a refreshing pool (ask the hosts for passes) and several well-maintained golf courses. Sun Valley’s stunning hikes, breathtaking views, and exceptional dining options only added to the charm of the area. This stay exceeded all expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable getaway.

Ski Vacation

We booked this property because of the 5 star rating. It is a property that met our 5 star expectations. It's a handsome townhome, decorated and furnished with comfort in mind. It was perfect for 3 adult couples with the 3 bedroom/3 bath configuration. Just wish the snow gods had dropped a deeper snow pack on Baldy Mt. Very nice property!

Loved it!!!!

There was a bit of a snag with the check in process, but as soon as I was able to get in contact with Dan, he made it right. He was very kind and sincere in his apology. Our stay, there was absolutely wonderful! I have never been in a rental that was so well stocked, it has everything you could possibly need for pretty much any occasion. 5 stars all the way around, we hope to come again!

Lovely home away from home

What a wonderful place! We stayed here with our 2 teen daughters and had everything we could have ever needed and more! Morning coffee on the deck was so peaceful. The hosts were helpful, easy to work with and were always very responsive. Such a beautiful and quiet setting. We very much enjoyed our stay here in Sun Valley/Ketchum and exploring the Sawtooth Wilderness. I would definitely recommend this gem of a condo!!

Great location!

Found that the condo was perfectly suited for 3 couples and in a great location for all we were doing in the area. Very nice to find that cooking pots and pans were there as well as many spices and other items. We all agreed we would stay there again!

Beautiful condo, quiet and convenient location

Three of us, all retired women, loved our stay in this condo in July. It has a peaceful, quiet setting, and has all the amenities you could ask for. The three bedrooms and three baths were perfect for us. The kitchen was very well appointed, and the dining room and living room furniture were very comfortable. We really loved sitting on the decks enjoying the long summer days. Parking was very easy, and the location was convenient to all the Sun Valley sights. The owners were very easy to contact and quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again.

Sun Valley Ski Trip

The condo was very clean, the kitchen was fully stocked. The host left detailed instruction regarding the televisions, parking, heating, etc. The location was an easy drive to the ski areas, into town and to and from the airport. The host replied promptly to any questions we had. Also gave us a recomendation of a senic drive to Staley.

Amazing Condo and great view!

We had a wonderful stay. There were 5 in our group. My brother and his wife, my husband and me, and our 34 year old son. The place is great! There are two master bedrooms and the third bedroom is a queen. All bedrooms have their own bath. Trust me when I say that was the best part. The bedrooms are downstairs. The family room is great. Roomy with a fireplace and large TV. We watched movies every night after skiing all day. The location is close to everything. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will ever need. We only made breakfast at the condo. There are too many great restaurants to try. We will be back to this location.

One of the best vacation rentals

We've staying in over 25 vacation rental properties in the US, Europe, New Zealand and Australia. By far the best equipped home with everything we could have ever needed for a comfortable stay. Definitely recommend to anyone. Since we got 2 ft if snow, we also appreciated the ongoing snow plowing of the street and sidewalks, something we would not have gotten with a single family home. Just what was needed

Perfect getaway In our home away from home. Dan was amazing and was very attentive and told us everything we needed to know. The house was perfect for our group and having the bus stop right outside the ridge was perfect for nights out! We even got to see the fire works from the balcony!! Can’t wait to come back
