Remodelado y reformado: a pie de remontes y el centro de Ketchum

Este condominio compacto de 2 dormitorios más Den / 3 baños duerme cómodamente hasta 5 personas. Ofreciendo 1300 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable, la unidad ha sido ampliamente renovada y renovada. Está en la ubicación perfecta cerca de los ascensores y el servicio de transporte de River Run, y está a poca distancia del cine, tiendas y bares de West Ketchum.

What a lovely place, that was well appointed and it was located in such a convenient spot. Literally steps away from the bus route to skiing and an easy walk to town. No rental car needed. Also loved the fact that it was equipped with cable TV.

The location was perfect and the accommodations fit our needs. It appeared that the cleaners left before double checking the house as the shower curtain in the master was laying on the floor, there was a light hanging from the ceiling in the kitchen.

Tired Property

When we opened the front door we saw that the only living room furniture was a large worn chair. The kitchen was well stocked. The dining room had benches no chairs. The den had a very tired sleep sofa and a decent tv. Unfortunately the windows on the main floor do not open and as there is no ac, got quite stuffy during the day. There is a ceiling fan in main area but does nothing for den which is where group will probably congregate. There were only 2 of us in the unit. Upstairs was much better, master bedroom and bath were large. Second bedroom had a Murphy bed which took up most of room with only about a foot clearance at the foot. Off the den was the only outdoor area which has small deck with 2 uncomfortable plastic benches and a grill. Fence is rotting and about half of one section had fallen out. Property management office told us to call back in 2 days as no one available to help, quite useless. Unit was renovated a long time ago and due for another

Perfect location for a Ski Weekend

Exactly what we were looking for. Situated 5 minutes from the mountain and 5 minutes from town, this condo was the perfect spot for our family. The extra den allowed us to have the space to work as well. Would happily stay again!

It was a nice place. The kitchen was well stocked. It is close to the lifts. But not exactly walking distance with skis and boots. However the bus stop is right out front. We had only two problems. One the heater in the master bathroom and master bath did not work and they had to bring in a space heater for the duration of our stay. The other problem was we ran out of hot water after washing clothes and trying to take a shower. It turns out the washer Hot and cold lines were reversed and used all the hot water.

Convenient location

Location can’t be beat, nearly as close to walk as the far parking lot, and convenient to downtown. Don’t love having to go to a rental office to get a code that can be emailed or texted to you and not thrilled to get there at the time you are supposed to be able to check in and be told sorry, not ready, go drive around for a bit (um, we’ve been driving for 5 hours). The description says DVD player so we came prepared for long evenings but there was no DVD player and the big TV is in a back room. The main living area only has a small, barely big enough for 2, love seat. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was wonderful with a great shower. Thermoregulation was a bit of a challenge (HOT or COLD). The kitchen was nice.

Pros: Good location, big master bedroom and bathroom, keyless entry, stocked well, having a private bathroom for each bedroom, mini backyard, nice neighbors living in the complex, and a super cute 14 yr old husky named Albie that greeted us when we’d come home. Cons: *Musty smelling old beds. We had old winter bedspreads in the summer. A light bedspread for summer would be nice. *Downstair’s pullout-bed mattress is horrible. It’s basically like laying on springs. Asked the management for a blow-up mattress to use instead. They brought the air-mattress but there was no pump. Never got the pump after asking a couple times. *Never had enough hot water for 4 adults showering in the mornings. *Only 1 big chair in kitchen area. Would suggest a couch along the wall under the stairs instead. *No A/C

Great location

Great ski condo perfect for our family for walking to the ski hill and into town. Nice to have three bathrooms and we used the room with a couch for a third bedroom with an air mattress so our son and daughter could have their own space (teenagers). Areas of improvement are the check-in process - we requested early check-in and the front desk seemed overwhelmed by the request despite the instructions to call to make the request. When we arrived, at 4pm, they told us the property hadn't been inspected at the check-in time and couldn't tell us when we could get in. Another suggestion is to update the heating system. Thermostats were in every room, and it was hard to get a good temperature for every room. Some rooms were too hot and others too cool. The TV in the master bedroom didn't work as described. The front walk was icy and could have been cleared better. Overall, though, the place is great. It was well stocked with extra blankets, pillows, towels, and all the items for a kitchen - salt, spices, etc. We loved our time in Ketchum and we had everything we needed from the condo.

Nice location

Place is next to a shuttle pick up that takes you to the base or town. Can also walk to either in 10 minutes. Second floor suites are spacious and in suite bathrooms were very nice. First floor has a small tv room with couch and a separated kitchen/dining room with a comfy chair and kitchen table with 2 benches.

Quick Easy Walk to Everything

The property was perfect. It was close to the mountain and close to the downtown area. My only recommendation would be to provide the door code in advance so there is not a need to make an extra stop at the property office to check in. It was an unnecessary step. I would recommend, and I would stay there again.
