SV Vacation Rentals boasts this modern and inviting studio condo in the Cottonwood complex offering a serene setting amidst the trees, overlooking Trail Creek. Enjoy peaceful solitude while still being conveniently located to access all that Sun Valley has to offer.

Until May 31, 2026, guests will receive Sun Valley Amenities Passes, granting access to the Inn and Olympic Pools, hotel rates for Sun Valley Golf, and discounts on tennis and pickleball court fees.

SV Vacation Rentals provide a seamless contactless check-in experience for your convenience. Prior to your arrival, you will receive our contact information should you require any assistance throughout your stay.

The Sun Valley Resort is conveniently located within walking distance of several key attractions, including the outdoor ice skating rink, concert pavilion, and the shops and restaurants of the Sun Valley Lodge and Village.

Your accommodations feature a lockbox on the door for your convenience. Lockbox code will be provided prior to your arrival.

Skis: Skis can be stored in our designated ski locker located in the condo lobby. The small key provided will unlock the locker. We kindly request that skis and other recreational equipment not be brought inside the condo.

The unit offers a queen-sized bed and a queen sleeper sofa, along with a private balcony and newly installed kitchen appliances, including a convection oven/microwave, dishwasher, and drip coffee maker. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and a convenient ski locker. We've recently upgraded to a stylish gas fireplace, perfect for staying warm during the winter months. The condo comes fully stocked with linens and towels. While best suited for two guests, the sleeper sofa provides additional accommodation if needed.
