The condo itself was great - we have stayed here before. Greta layout and two full bedrooms make sharing easy. It's walkable to Ketchum and just across the street to the Lodge so it was easy to pop over for events.

Beautiful and convenient!

Wonderful condo fully equipped with everything you could ever want. We enjoyed cooking dinner, relaxing on the reclining couch and watching the deer eat breakfast right outside the window. Bus stop is right across the street and a quick ride into town or to the mountain. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back.

Exceptional location and part of the Sun Valley village! The condo is very functional and well equipped for a fun stay. The condo is clean and setup perfect for a family or easy getaway! Walking distance to the SV Lodge, skating rink, pool, and village. Short drive to the ski mountain or downtown Ketchum. The free valley bus can be hopped on just a few steps down the road from the condo.

Great place, great location

The unit is nicely sized for a group of 4. It’s fully equipped, in a quiet area close to the Lodge and Dollar Mountain. Check in and out were smooth and easy.

Exceptional. We had an absolutely wonderful time. The condo was completely updated, super clean, had great art, and the beds are really comfortable. Each couple had a king-size bed and their own bathroom. It is perfectly situated within walking distance to Sun Valley and the Pavilion for concerts, golf courses, and hikes. Alpine Lodging was great to work with. Neighbors are friendly. And for those who want to go to Ketchum for dinner and drinks, there is UBER at great prices. We will definitely stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I had an excellent vacation experience in Sun Valley. The check-in and check-out process with Alpine Lodging was quick and smooth. Our condo was clean, well-appointed and comfortable, and consistent with the property description. The location was quite convenient for access to facilities within the resort proper and in Ketchum. It made for a great base of operations for exploring outdoor recreation opportunities in the Big Wood River valley and enjoying local food/beverage service establishments.

Great location

We love the location of Cottonwood. Our daughter is a skater so it's an easy walk or bike ride over to the rink. This unit is really nice because it's a single story. We've stayed at other Cottonwood units that are multiple floors, and sometimes it is nice to just not have to go up and down the stairs. For just us and our daughter, it's perfect. Everything about it was just great - perfect size, updated just fine, comfortable furnishings. Oh, one other great thing about this unit is the lock was a keypad. I think the another Cottonwood property we used had an actual key that needed to be picked up and used, which isn't very convenient. A keypad is so much easier, one less thing to have to worry about having with you and losing when you're out and about...and when you are in Sun Valley you are probably out and about quite a lot!

Has wine cooler in dining room - nice touch! We enjoyed the warmth of the modern fireplace every night. It felt like home :) We arrived later in the evening and check-in was very easy (retrieved everything needed from night box)

Pleasant Condo Close to SV Lodge

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As mentioned in the listing, this appears to be a new listing. It is also apparently the owners part time residence so is appointed for their comfort.That includes pleasant limited edition art, excellent appointments and accessories and nice furnishings. The gas fireplace warms the whole space. Bathrooms are a bit tight. For adult guests, a king bed in second bedroom would be a bonus. The master bedroom is directly of the living room, separated by "barn doors". Carpet shows some wear. Excellent entertainment set up. Walking distance to Sun Valley Resort including access to the SV Inn pool.
