“We really enjoyed our stay except there was no mention of how difficult going up and down the stairs were and no railing on the staircase. The other issue was that it was very hot and humid while we stayed there and although all of the windows were open, they need the handles replaced because when it got very cool in the evenings we weren't able to close the windows again.”

“Property was infested with spiders, so much so that they were coming out of the light fixtures after we removed hundreds from them from inside of the property. Cleaning was inadequate, noting hair clumps throughout the property, dirty bed linens, dirty fridge, uncleaned toilet. The outside space was also uninhabitable based on the degree of spider infestation. Property manager was drinking when we arrived, asked us to help him clean (he also lives next door apparently). After cleaning for hours,...

“More of a glamping experience than a normal air bnb. Be handy with troubleshooting in case of any minor issues that can crop up, especially during storms.
If you're up to the challenge, though, 5/5”

“I write in the hopes that this Host improves her communication, service & respect for her future Guests. Essential items like a lighter for the butane burner for coffee or fire pit, tea towels, paper towels & a camping toilet that doesn't leak. Her posted "emergency" contact Guy hadn't worked there for 5 yrs! Host never answered our phone calls even before & after, which led to total frustration & a spoiled Birthday getaway. The tree House & it's history may be advertized as "deluxe" but the...

“My son and I spent two nights in the trailer. For a glamping experience, the trailer met our expectations. The trailer is in a nice spot, at the end of a road, with a fire pit and screened-in porch(which we took full advantage of). We were attending Mosport and did not have a chance to explore the property or use the amenities, and cannot comment. There were some issues communicating through VRBO, but the host was responsive and accommodating.”
