“We had a wonderful stay at Sunway Grid SR Home. Our kids absolutely loved the indoor slide and climbing wall. The room was spacious and highly comfortable for the entire family. Having a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities was incredibly convenient, especially for our long stay. The clean, fabulous infinity pool was a highlight, and we swam almost every day. “The family room is big and convenient with 2 basins. Rooms are clean & well kept. Nearby has quite a number of eating places and minimart. Location to all malls are quite a distance though.”

“Rooms looks old from outside but inside is well maintained. Staffs efficiency at receptions. Buffet breakfast is simple with not much variety but restaurant staffs are friendly. Costco coffee machine at hotel lobby, wherever coffee lovers crave coffee at can buy at machine. Level 1 has hotel swimming pool, gym and kids playroom but you might not use much as Legoland connected with Medini mall has a lot things to do.”

“We had a wonderful 3D2N family stay in the suite with balcony. The hospitality was warm and welcoming. Room was modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean. Having a full kitchen, washing machine, and dryer was incredibly convenient for our family, especially on a longer trip. A comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to families.”

“The finishing of the interior is very rough. No amenities at all despite the name hotel may connotate. I don't think the drain pipes have p-traps so there's a slight smell when inside the shower, which is nothing but a 3 ft wide area of the room separated by a sliding glass divider. Not worth what you paid through Expedia. It's twice what's posted on their signs.”

“Fully paid for room in hotels.com. At counter for check in on 8pm on 01May26. Wait for 2hours no room available with heavily over booking and crowds of people in lobby waiting for rooms. Decided to seek PlanB at this late hour after 10pm. Request for cancelation and refund through hotels.com. No acknowledge receipt was Issued to us. We left to find alternative accommodation with the understanding that we will be refunded by 12noon on 02May26 but no payment received.”
