Vi är familj med 2 små barn. 1 år och 3 år. Fantastisk hotel med undehållning för barn och vuxna varje dag. Super nära till allt. Bra mat. Super duktiga och trvliga underhållningspersonal.

We had an amazing experience at MPM Kalina Garden! We actually moved here after staying at a 2-star hotel, and the difference was night and day. The receptionists were incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our room was absolutely spotless and beautifully clean. The bar has a really great selection of drinks, and the bartenders made the trip even better—they were so fun that we ended up making friends with them. Highly recommend this hotel!

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes to suit every taste. There was also an impressive selection of delicious pastries and desserts. It was genuinely difficult to decide what to try each day! The hotel was spotlessly clean, with staff constantly maintaining the facilities throughout the day. The animation team deserves special recognition. Mila, Mitko, and Emi were fantastic and brought so much energy and enthusiasm to the hotel. They organized a great range of fun and sports activities for both children and adults, creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere. The light and fire show, as well as the Michael Jackson performance, were definite highlights of our stay. Although the official check-in time was 2:00 PM, we arrived earlier and were pleasantly surprised when the hotel kindly invited us to enjoy lunch free of charge while we waited. It was a thoughtful gesture that made us feel welcome from the very beginning. Overall, we had an amazing experience. This was our first trip to Bulgaria, and it exceeded all our expectations. The country is beautiful, the people are warm and friendly, and this hotel made our holiday truly memorable. We enjoyed it so much that we are already thinking of returning to Bulgaria every year. A well-deserved five stars!

Otel fiyat performans olarak gayet tatmin edici, temizliğe çok önem veriliyor, odalar hergğGün boyu atıştırmalık mevcut. Yemeklerde yemediğimiz diğer ürünlerin yanında genelde tavuk, balık çıkıyor ve aç kalmıyorsunuz. Konum olarak merkeze çok yakın. Personel çok güler yüzlü ve her konuda yardımcı oluyorlar.

**Vier Sterne? Für mich definitiv nicht!** Das MPM Kalina Garden ist für mich weit von einem Vier-Sterne-Niveau entfernt. Ich habe Drei-Sterne-Hotels erlebt, die bei Qualität und Leistung deutlich besser abschneiden. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist entsprechend schwach. Das Zimmer: fleckiger Teppich, extrem hellhörige Wände und regelmäßig übler Geruch aus dem Badabfluss. Raumspray bei der Reinigung überdeckte diesen nur kurz. Als im Nachbarzimmer Kinder auf dem Bett sprangen, wackelte bei uns das Bett an der Wand mit. Das Zimmer zur Pool ist so was von Dauerbeschallt, dass selbst der Fernseher im Zimmer kaum zu verstehen war. Beim All-Inclusive fehlt es vor allem an Qualität, Abwechslung und Organisation. Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen wiederholen sich ständig, die vegetarische Auswahl ist dürftig. Vieles schmeckte fad, Fisch war teilweise sehr trocken, Fleisch außen stark angebraten und innen noch sehr roh. Auch die Getränke überzeugten qualitativ nicht. Insgesamt hatte das für mich mehr von Massenabfertigung als von Vier-Sterne-All-Inclusive. Das Hotel war völlig überfüllt, die Aufzüge eine Geduldsprobe. Positiv: Kinderanimation und Abendprogramm waren gut. **Dringende Warnung:** Die nassen Fliesen am Pool sind extrem rutschig! eine echte Sturzgefahr! Parken kostet am Hotel 13 €/Tag, ca. 200 m entfernt etwa 7,50 €. ABZOCKE: Die Fläche links gegenüber dem Eingang meiden! Dort werde in Stundentakt Autos von Touristen Abgeschleppt. Es steht kein Parkverbotsschild da!

Hyvä hotelli, hyvä loma

Erittäin mukavat ja isot huoneet hotellissa, hyvä ruoka, iso allas, sekä animaatio lapsille. Palvelutaso on heikko. Mutta muuten ei valittamista. Hotelli on lähellä rantaa ja pääkatua, mutta kuitenkin vähän syrjässä varsinaisista baareista. Eli yöllä saa yörauhaa. Suosittelisin lapsiperheille, sekä pareille ja yksin matkustaville

Otel genel olarak temizdi. Yemekleri de çeşitli be lezzetliydi. Ancak barlar yetersizdi,çok sıra bekleniyordu Bar personeli de sinirli be iletişimden uzak tavırlar içindeydi. 1 bardak kahve ya da bir bira almak için uzun süre beklemek kötü bir deneyimdi.

Mükemmel bir tatil geçirdim

Görelim Restoran ekibi müthiş, resmen tüm hoteli sırtlarına almış uçuruyorlar resmen ,her şeyin sınırsız olduğu hoteller çok fakat aynı zamanda kaliteli olan yer bulmak çok zor. Türkiye’den gidecek olan arkadaşlar hiç çekinmesin personelin çoğu Türk olduğu için hiç zorluk yaşatmıyorlar her konuda hemen yardımcı oluyorlar.Gelir gelmez yeniden gitme planı yapmaya başladım bile.Tüm çalışanlara çok teşekkürler

We booked the room and then we attempted to contact the property countless times to confirm our reservation and no one answered the phone. On arrival were met by a staff member that should not be working in hospitality as he never said any welcoming words. On the way to our room we realised that we made a huge mistake as the dirt in the corridors was indescribable and unfortunately the smell of food such as fry macro and variety of off soup we’re almost chocking us; never mind that when I entered the room I realised that the room itself was worst than the corridors, when tried to get a shower the shower was broken which was fixed but the toilet flush wasn’t working properly and I did have to fill 10 litres of water bottle and use it to flush the toilet.This also was reported but for four days we were there no one did fixed the issue. In the morning we miss the breakfast but when we went to the snack bar it become clear to us why there was bad smell in the corridor as the staff were frying everything in a black oil, the tables and food areas were disgusting. Food at the snack bar is disgusting and not safe to eat. Nobody from the hotels chefs follow food hygiene guidelines and checked the temperature of the hot dishes during my stay! Kitchen staff did not speak any different languages like English. There is no description of the food nobody knows what they eating! No information about food allergy! The hotel description are 4 stars but did not meet the criteria for 2 stars!

Pis kokulu otel

Odaya girdiginiz andayogun oda parfümü sıkılmış ancak bir süre sonra bir koku anlatamam nefes alınmıyor uyumak mümkün değil. Sabah olduğunda ise otel yetkilerinde durumu bildirdik kendileri asla ilgilenmedi otelden ayrıldık paramızı vermediler çalışanlar ukala müdür asla bizle görüşmedi ne diyeyim hayatımda ilk defa böyle kötü bir otelde kaldım zaten Bulgar yetkililer buraya nasıl çalışma izin vermiş onu da anlamak mümkün değil aldıkları para haram olsun tabii bu onlar için bir şey ifade ediyor mu bilemiyorum

Mancarea repetitiva! Baietii de la bar nu stiu ce anume sa puna in cocktailuri,le fac total diferite de ceea ce scrie in meniu. Piscina mica pe copii,are mi mijloc o scurgere taioasa, se pot accidenta foarte usor cei mici, am anuntat stafful dar nu s-a remediat problema. Mai pe scurt acest hotel nu isi merita banii pe care ii cer,sunt alte hoteluri net superioare.

Super miejsce. Pyszne jedzenie,.czysty wygodny pokój. Jednak są dwa minusy. Śliska nawierzchnia koło basenu oraz to,że nie można samemu robić sobie kawy ani nalewać innych napoi. Kolejki w porach posiłkow do napojów.

Végülis jó volt.

A szobák nagyok, tiszták, kényelmesek kissé puritánok, de a célnak megfelnek. Az elhelyezkedése a hotelnak a lehető legjobb. Közel mindenhez, de mégis 1 utcányira a hömpölygő zajos tömegtől. A légkondi jól működött. A személyzet kedves és segítőkész, takarítás megfelelő, soha semmihez sem nyúltak ami a szobában volt (laptop, fényképezőgép, pénztárca...). Az ellátás viszont so-so. Az all inclusive ellátás inkább egy menza szint mintsem 4*. Sajnos az italok és ételek minőség nem túl jó. Olcsó italok, gagyi kóla szörpök, menza kaja....stb,stb. Összességében elfogadható, de ne várjunk nagy gasztronómiai utazást. ;-) Ár/érték arányban megfelelő. Ja és a 2 db lift az egész 6 emeletes épületre egy vicc. Sorba állás, várakozás a liftre minden alkalommal. Sétálva gyorsabb a lépcsőházban.

OK sted, men så heller ikke mere

Opholdet var OK maden var fin, snackbaren var fin Sodavanden var alt for meget blandet op, det smagte af ingenting.. Staff, var meget sure og stressede helt vildt, der var ikke smil, eller godmorgen fra 80% af staff Så bliver det en lang sæson hvis staff allerede nu er trætte af All inclusive gæster Beliggenhed helt perfekt, tæt på byen og stranden Jeres animation, ked af at sige det, det var da ligegyldigt, troede egentlig det var for børn også, det gik mere op i hvem der kunne drikke drinks hurtigt Vandpolo måtte børn ikke deltage, Dart måtte de hellere Så vi brugte det slet ikke... En OK ferie, Kalina, kan nemt score flere stjerne hvis du motivere personalet og servere ordenligt sodavand :-)
