“This property was perfect for our stay. It was VERY clean and the beds were comfortable. I love that the main bedroom is away from the other two so it gives more privacy. The bathroom was amazing and the desk in bedroom was nice for morning study. The deer in the mornings definitely gave the fur kid something to wag his tail at. This place was close enough to town that it felt like you could be apart of it in minutes or stay tucked away. It was a calm neighborhood. We will definitely be back!”

“Lydia was an excellent host - so responsive and supportive. The check in was easy and smooth. The house is located in a very nice area, close to lots of shopping and attractions. Inside was clean. Outside needs some clean up due to bugs but that I’m sure is challenging with the lake. Overall, it was perfect for our family. ”

“The five of us, plus Hazel the dog had a wonderful time. The cove is just off the main channel far enough that it is somewhat sheltered, but traffic can be easily seen on the channel. We spent lazy days on the dock and in the water or enjoyable hours on the kayaks exploring the cove and more.”

“We really enjoyed our stay last weekend. Celebrated my dad’s birthday and Father’s Day. The house was well stocked and had everything and then some. There are 5,000 coffee filters in the cabinets so definitely not necessary to bring your own. We spent the majority of our time hanging out on the deck overlooking the lake. The view is amazing. The driveway is steep but manageable, but follow the advice of backing down. Made getting out so much easier! We had a truck, suv, and a Tesla and all did...

“Highly recommend this property! We were a group of 8 people on 4 motorcycles. It is a nice quiet location within 5 miles of a pontoon rental place so we could have some time on the lake too! Everything was clean and the amenities were close by. Tyler was very responsive to our questions! Thanks for a great place to stay in the Ozarks!”

“This was an annual weekend getaway with the girls.This was a tough one, guys! Sunrise Beach is known for its steep hills, and the weather did not cooperate with our weekend. It was below freezing the entire weekend, which prevented any snow from melting, although the host did try to accommodate our arrival.
