This house is in a great location by water or road. As others have mentioned, the road in can be a little dicey, especially if you are dealing with a boat trailer. Also as others have mentioned, the steps to the dock and parking are in fact an issue. My wife and I are in our 40's and are perfectly capable of climbing stairs. Yet both of us tripped going up the steps from the dock. I smashed my toe pretty good on one of the concrete steps because it is a little off kilter from the other steps. And this happened even though I saw other reviews and knew to be careful. The biggest complaint we had about the house was the cleanliness. There were ants crawling all over the trash can in the kitchen area. My son found an enormous spider under his pillow in the bedroom with the queen bed. The refrigerator was filthy and food from a prior guest had been left in it. The corners of the floors and ceilings were full of dust and cobwebs and clearly hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. And we were planning on BBQing one night, but the grill was completely rusted out and looked like it was in no shape to actually cook food on.Otherwise, it was a great setup with the dock and everything. Traffic in the main cove around the corner gets busy on the weekend with all of the boats going in and out of Frankie & Louie's, but this house is tucked back far enough that you don't notice it unless you head about a half mile away by boat. Great fishing right off the dock as well.
