  • This charming family beach house is fully equipped for a relaxing coastal getaway, perfectly positioned between two of the Sunshine Coast’s most loved beaches. Located just 900m from Moffat Beach and only 400m from Dicky Beach, you’ll also be within easy walking distance of local cafés, restaurants, and shops.

    Designed with families in mind, the home offers a peaceful outdoor setting with leafy gardens, cooling coastal breezes, and a large fully fenced yard where your furry family member can enjoy the space too.

    Enjoy relaxed meals on the covered veranda while soaking up the laid-back beachside atmosphere.

    The home features:

    Main bedroom with a queen bed
    Second bedroom with one king single bed and one standard single bed
    Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living spaces
    Lock-up garage for one vehicle (please note the owner stores boxes on one side of the garage)
    Linen included for your stay (beds are not made prior to arrival due to the linen service used)

    Pet-friendly accommodation:

    Up to 2 dogs welcome
    Dogs must remain outdoors only
    Pets are welcome on the back veranda but not on furnishings

Adequately spacious accommodation, clean and with all the necessary amenities and a good sized backyard. Really appreciated the ability to bring my poodle along. It's a little walk to the beach but not too far, and a nice shopping and cafe strip close by to relax as well.

A bit depressing

Wasn’t too keen on the house. Not very welcoming, a bit grimy and old and falling apart a bit. Not an uplifting place. It housed us adequately but sofa v uncomfortable.

Great holiday house

We loved staying here the house was small but had everything we needed. A real home from home. It was close to Dicky beach and Moffatts beach and cafes and small supermarkets. The fenced yard was great for our little dog. Would stay here again

Long weekend stay

This is great house close to dog friendly beaches. We watched the sunrise one morning at the beach down the road, it was amazing. We are looking forward to staying here again.

Great little beach house

This was a nice little family beach house with a good set up to bring your pets and small walk to the beach. It was an accommodating booking process and the kids loved it, playing and riding in the garage when it rained. The cleaning however needs attention, the floor was dirty when we arrived, the bathroom smells a bit like mould and the dishes weren't washed properly. Also there are no amenities, we checked in late and there was nothing but a toilet roll in the house so come prepared. That includes bringing your own wifi for the TV and bathmat as the bathroom floor doesn't drain and the floor was really wet, I went out and bought our own bath mat so my kids wouldn't slip. But otherwise nice stay.

Convenient location

Nice house to stay in. Beds are very comfortable..easy check in and out, Henzells staff are very friendly. I would definitely stay there again but not in summer without aircon. Few things that need attended to. Property needs heating and cooling.. shower head needs replacing, water squirts everywhere..yard needs cleaning up, dog poo.

There were more bugs inside the house than outside. Huge cockroaches invaded the house. Bathroom floor didn't drain. Neighbors very noisy, coming and going night and day. Very limited kitchen equipment. Beds very uncomfortable. Overall I would not return.

Comfortable, unfussy, airy accommodation. Near to leash- free dog beach and great on-leash dog walks.

Great house for a holiday

Easy to find and nice to stay in. Close to beach and restaurants. Good for children too with big backyard and verandah but not set up for small children- plates, cups, no baby gate on internal stairs, high chair so be sure to bring your own. Cotherwise, I can't fault it and would definitely stay again.

Simple and Unpretentious

We loved our week at no. 21. Nice space, cool and beeezy, well equipped, unfussy, friendly and a short walk to the beach. The agents, Henzells, were also excellent. Thank you!

Lovely beach house!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The house has everything needed and is only a few blocks to the beach, shops and restaurants. Some sea views and cool breezes from back deck.

Good location

This place is very comfy and has a lot of potential, just a nice walk from a lovely beach. Unfortunately still some work to do to get rid of very strong mould/damp smell in front bedroom.
