The space

Bedroom with comfortable queen size bed and fan and spacious cupboards, seperate shower and full laundry facility, seperate toilet. Air conditioned open plan living area with high ceilings and bifold doors opening onto your private courtyard with stylish outdoor furniture and shade umbrella . A bbq to compliment the experience. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, double drawer dishwasher, stove, microwave etc. There is a computer work station for those needing one. Free wifi.

We now have have a sofa bed in the loungeroom. It has a double bed spring mattress. Perfect for an additional 2 guests.

Only a short distance from some favourite eateries - Kawana Hotel, Surf Club, or one of the many other cafes and restaurant in the nearby shopping centre

As we live so close to our beautiful expansive beaches, a walk, a stroll, a run, or a swim is sheer delight. Just ask that you rinse off surplus sand off your feet at the tap or outside shower to the left of the garage.
Your private accomodation has its own entrance, outdoor tropical bbq entertainment area for your sole use. The courtyard is fully contained. Your area is totally private with a seperate unit behind. We look forward to your stay.

IMPORTANT Note: the unit is the front half of a unit that has been divided into 2 seperate and private spaces. Some noise travels through the adjoining walls (bedroom and bathroom share the wall). While the shared wall has been sound proofed you can still hear people talking in the adjourning room and the sound of the toilet flushing or tv if up a little loud. The back unit is also a holiday accommodation managed by us.

ACCESS: You have full access to the property. we are just a phone call or message away during your stay.

PARKING: There is plenty of street parking and you are welcome to park one car in the driveway.

Photo ID and a selfie - we do kindly request the person booking sends a copy of their ID and a selfie via the platform message thread once the booking is confirmed.

NOISE: The property is in a peaceful quiet neighbourhood. To respect the peace of the community - we kindly request no loud music or loud parties. Noise curfew 10pm. DAMAGE WAIVER - (management fee). As part of your stay, a non-refundable damage waiver fee is included to cover accidental damage that may occur during your visit. This waiver protects you from being charged for minor, accidental incidents such as broken glassware, spills, or small damages to furniture, up to a coverage limit of $500. Please note, this waiver does not cover intentional damage, negligence, pet damage, or loss of personal items.
If an accident happens during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so we can quickly plan for any necessary repairs or replacements to ensure the property is ready for the next guest. Rest easy - reporting accidental damage won’t affect your stay, thanks to our damage waiver coverage.

EARLY CHECK-IN REQUESTS:
May be possible however we do recommend you to plan around a 3pm check-in. When your place is ready, we will let you know. If you require earlier access, consider booking the night before if available. If a guest is checking out on the day of your arrival, housekeeping needs time to prepare everything and we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:
May be possible depending on bookings and housekeeping schedules. Please reach out the day before check out to see if this is possible.

STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide you with complimentary essential starter supplies for your stay. This includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and a few other items for your comfort. This is not intended to last for the duration of your booking but to avoid having to immediately head to the supermarket on arrival.

LINEN: We supply hotel quality linen and bath towels for your stay.

LONG STAYS:
All stays 14-28 nights must have a mid-stay cleaning service at an additional cost. This allows for our team to periodically clean, maintain, and inspect the property. This is non-negotiable.

CHECK OUT
We don`t want you to do a long list of chores before you check out. We just kindly ask that you put back furniture the way you found it (only if somethings been moved), stack the dishwasher and put the rubbish out. Our cleaners will do the rest.

AGE REQUIREMENT:
We do request that adult guests are over the age of 25 years of age. 18-24 years are welcome if staying with other adults over 25 years of age. Children are welcome.


PETS: We are pet lovers and they are welcome upon application. The unit is suitable for 1 small dog. There is a small pet fee of $80 per stay.
OUTSIDE UMBRELLA - Please make sure the outside umbrella is put down when you go out or it is windy so it doesn`t turn inside out.
- No noise after 10pm and refrain from causing disturbances to the neighbours to avoid having them com
plain to local authorities.
- Strictly no parties allowed. Infringement on this rule may result in eviction without refund. Any additional time for the housekeepers to attend or inspect the property outside of their usual cleaning will result in additional administrative fees.
- If there is any damage to the property please inform the host ASAP as additional charges may apply.
