This lovely townhouse with own front door entrance is located in a quiet complex off Noosa Parade. The property is facing onto a lush green park. You can park directly outside the property in the carport and walk directly inside. You will be greeted by a lovely open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen has everything you need including a coffee machine and full cooking facilities. The living room is spacious and comfortable with a smart TV and unlimited wifi. There is A/C and a ceiling fan on the ground level. Sliding doors then lead out onto a private courtyard with Weber BBQ and a private spa. The courtyard has gorgeous lush tropical trees for that ultimate Noosa experience.



A set of stairs leads up to the first level of this home. There is a bedroom to the rear of the upstairs with a ceiling fan and single beds. The renovated bathroom has a lovely shower and a washing machine. The spacious master bedroom is the front of the townhouse and this has ceiling fans and air conditioning.

Our professional pool technician services the spa on a weekly basis and may attend during your stay.

The Neighborhood:

We are located on Dolphin Crescent in Noosaville. Gympie Terrace is on Noosa River and where you can find picnic tables, children's playground and water sports hire including BBQ boats, jet skis and fishing equipment. The water at the river is calm and perfect to swim in, or sit on the sand and enjoy stunning sunsets. Follow up your day in one of the many delicious restaurants or shop until you drop in the coastal boutiques along the strip. World famous Hastings Street and Main Beach are a 5 minute drive away.
