Two other bedrooms sit at the front of the property on the upper level, one with a King bed & the other a large Family Room with a Tri bunk (Queen + king single + king single trundle) + separate king single – perfect for one entire family. They are linked by a bathroom with a sunken bath & walk in shower.

Other Things to Note:

The hot water and stove-top for the house are powered by 2 x 45kg gas bottles on the laundry side of the house. If you run out of hot water, go to the gas bottles, turn the lever away from the empty bottle toward the new bottle and open the gas knob up too. It can take a few minutes for the gas to go through the lines so please be patient.
