The front door flows into a beautiful living area with comfortable couch and smart TV. The modern kitchen has all mod cons including Nespresso compatiable pod machine. Full laundry facilities and powder room are also on this level. The kitchen area flows to a private courtyard with alfresco dining, Weber BBQ and sun umbrella for those warm Noosa days. The courtyard is surrounded by beautiful native tropical plants and foliage. The property is fully air conditioned.



The first level of this home is dedicated to the two spacious bedrooms with queen beds and air conditioning as well as the huge modern bathroom. The master bedroom has a balcony with a leafy tropical garden view.

As our guest you have access to the entire property as well as the car space and pool.



The Neighborhood:

We are located in a opulent Sunshine Beach suburb of Noosa. We are an easy walk to the Village with bars, corner store and restaurant as well as renovated Surf Club and patrolled beach. We are a 5 minute drive from world famous Hastings Street and Main Beach. Should you be travelling you can fly into the Sunshine Coast airport which is a 40 minute picturesque car journey away (make sure you drive along the David Low Way) or a 1.5 hour drive from Brisbane airport.



Getting Around:

You can walk, scoot or cycle pretty much everywhere in our beachside community. You can drive everywhere within 5 minutes should you wish to bring your car or hire one. Uber and taxi's are also popular in the area.



Other Things to Note:

Renovation works at Unit 5 will commence on Monday, 1st September, with completion anticipated by 8th December. We are unit 1 so we are not directly beside.



Work hours will be between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.



Children

As this property is two levels with a balcony off the master bedroom, we recommend this is not suitable for children between 1 and 8 years of age.



Garaged carspace

The undercover garage is very narrow so you may feel more comfortable parking outside on the street which is free and always available.



U1 and U2 share the same set of stairs which leads to the front courtyard of U1.
