The Space:

Nestled on 2 acres of natural bushland in beautiful Doonan, this older style country home has been lovingly adapted and cared for to give families and groups an unforgettable stay.

The Layout

3 Dwellings, All Connected



The property is made up of three separate but connected dwellings, each with its own entrance, giving groups the perfect balance of togetherness and privacy.





Dwelling 1: The Main Living Heart



The central hub of the home features a beautifully fitted full kitchen with a chef-quality gas stove and oven, completely equipped for everything from a big family breakfast to a dinner party spread. Brand new furniture and smart, thoughtful décor make this space feel fresh and welcoming. Bright and airy with soft sheer curtains and ceiling fans, it's a lovely place to gather. An indoor dining table makes it perfect for those meals you'd rather enjoy inside. There's a Smart TV and WiFi throughout, please note there is no antenna, so TV is via digital streaming only.

Step outside and you'll find a large undercover BBQ entertaining area with an extra dining table, ceiling fan, and a mini fridge stocked for keeping your drinks cold. Whether it's a lazy afternoon or a big group dinner under the stars, this space delivers.





Dwelling 2: The Bedrooms Wing



Accessed via its own entrance, this section houses three bedrooms sleeping up to 6 guests:



1 Master bedroom with king bed, wall mounted TV, and automated doors (wheelchair accessible)

1 Queen bedroom

1 Twin bedroom with 2 king single beds plus trundle bed



All three bedrooms have air conditioning. A small kitchenette with tea and coffee facilities and a mini fridge means early risers can get their fix without disturbing anyone.

The family bathroom in this wing is fully wheelchair accessible, wide open layout with no glass screens or unnecessary barriers, designed with space and accessibility in mind from the ground up.



Dwelling 3: The Retreat



Think of this as the teenagers' wing, the grandparents' suite, or simply the perfect escape for guests who want their own space. It includes a cosy living area with sofa and Smart TV, a large bathroom with shower, and a generous bedroom with a king bed plus a single bed with a trundle ( sleeping up to 4 people comfortably) Air conditioning and a large wardrobe make it a proper home away from home.



The Star of the Show: Resort-Style Pool & Entertainment

This is where the magic happens. The outdoor entertainment area is truly resort-style, featuring:



A freshwater swimming pool with cemented pool stools... yes, you can sit in the pool with a drink in hand 🍹

A hot spa overlooking the gorgeous Doonan countryside

Full wheelchair access throughout the pool area

An indoor entertainment room with large sofas, a huge Smart TV, and a kitchenette with a large fridge, fully set up for serving drinks straight to the pool

Electric blinds for shade when you need it

A large outdoor dining table right beside the pool





Tennis Court

The property features a large enclosed tennis court, older in style with some cracked flooring, but absolutely perfect for a fun hit-around. Not suited for competitive play, but great for a laugh with the family!



Pets Welcome 🐾

The main house has a safely enclosed area so your furry family members can join the fun without the worry of wandering off into the bush. 2 dogs max.



A Note on the Home

The property runs on tank water with filtered taps throughout, so you can drink and cook with confidence. Being surrounded by nature means Australian wildlife is part of the experience: kangaroos, birds, and the occasional visitor may pop by. Please respect them, keep your distance, and ensure all doors and screens remain closed at all times. You are in the hinterland, and this is their home too. 🦘



A Few Things to Keep in Mind:



This home has been prepared with love and care, but it is an older country property, it has character, not perfection. The owners have poured their hearts into making it a special space for guests, and we ask that you treat it with that same respect.

Outdoor fire pit is available for you to enjoy, we only provide a started quantity, you can purchase more fire wood at the local petrol station located just 5 min drive.





TV is via WiFi streaming only — no antenna or free to-air. Most Tv Stations Apps are available for live tv.



Please observe quiet hours , 9pm to 7am, and be respectful of our lovely neighbours.
