The only thing holding this property back is the management company. Any type of communication with them, makes you feel like a nuisance. They only like to text or send messages. Reached out three times to see if early check in was available. I asked about beach chairs- they offered a place to rent them when in fact there are many beach chairs at the property. There is also a pack n play and a infant chair that was not advertised. The management company told me verbatim "We do not ever recommend that our owners provide chairs bikes or toys or any sort of beach items! It is more for us to have to clean up and a liability." There were fingerprints all over the windows, towels from the previous family, outdoor hoses strewn on the ground, hammock left on the ground, and the grill is not usable due to overgrowth of (poison) ivy. Gonna say the management dropped the ball.
