This spacious home was made for gathering, with multiple living areas so everyone can spread out and relax, plus roomy bedrooms and beautifully updated bathrooms that make it easy to settle right in. And the best part? You're just a quick two-minute stroll to the private beach access, so sandy toes and sunset walks are always within reach.
Outside, the fun really begins. The large fenced yard is great for kids to play freely, complete with a putting green and a ping pong table for a little friendly competition. Head upstairs to the decks to soak in gorgeous island views. With comfy seating, a dining table, a grill, and rocking chairs, it's the perfect spot for morning coffee or unwinding under the stars.

Inside, the kitchen is fully stocked and ready for everything from pancake breakfasts to big family dinners, with plenty of seating for everyone. There's even a separate bar area with an ice maker, ideal for mixing up your favorite beachy drinks. Traveling with little ones? You'll love the play area designed just for them, along with thoughtful extras like a crib and child gate. Need to check in on work while you're away? There's a private office space so you can stay connected without missing out on vacation time.

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality!' Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.
