“Everything was excellent. The only suggestion for improvement would be to provide a bench for guests to be able to sit outside. Aside for that all was good.”

“Our stay was very nice. The rooms are comfortable, maybe not so much as the couch for the one night we stayed in at the hotel. We didnt take advantage of the pool but it looked OK. We were with out kids so didnt want to endure other peoples kids either. The restaurant has nice food and good staff. Convenient underground parking. It was a pleasant stay, cant say there was anything excellent about it.”

“Desde que llegué ni siquiera tenían registrada mi reservación que ya estaba pagada y me hicieron esperar mucho. A primera hora de la mañana muy temprano ya estaban aspirando y limpiando la habitación de junto de manera ruidosa (se escucha todo en el hotel) y no pude descansar nada. No incluye desayuno y el personal no es tan amable. Para lo que cuesta no vale la pena. ”

“The property staff were fabulous especially the front desk. The breakfast no longer includes gluten free options which was beyond disappointing. I have medical issues and have lived that the property could exceed my needs with several options. We received an email advising us that the hot tub was under repair and were relieved it would be completed prior to our arrival. This has been the fourth time, we believe, that this has been the case.”
