“I had booked this hotel for my parents and uncle/aunt. When they reached the hotel, the receptionist/manager said there was no booking. This was a pre paid booking. When I tried to talk to the manager, he refused to talk to me. When I called hotels.com agent and when she tried to do a three ways call, the manager yet again refused to talk. “Spacious room, much needed amenities, clean bathroom, good service and nice staff members. Great place to stay with friends and family.”

“Very modern but lacking of some basic commodities you will find in any hotel like hand and face towels, for example. The breakfast was poor.”

“Lack of amenities, also there were not many options for breakfast or even normal food, also there were no tea or coffee packets present in the room, because of covid norms (as they said), but I assume Rs10 per room won't save their expenses. Also drinking water should be packed bottles in these covid times. ”

“Room was smelling stuffy. Staff came and cleaned and sprayed to make it better. Breakfast was delicious. Thank you ”

“Staff are very courteous and helpful. Rooms are in decent shape but can certainly be more clean. Room service on busy days like Friday should be more prompt. It takes forever to get room service delivered. I dont blame the staff but the senior management should have more staff allocated as its a big hotel and I am sure the staff is running around. Please add more staff on busy days. Dont want the staff to be on the receiving end but instead the management should do a better job.”
