“Great house for entertaining. Good bones. Needs a little refresh to get a 5. Owner was great to deal with throughout the process. Big boat blocks any view of water. Was hard to cook indoors as the stove exhaust fan was not working and smoke detector kept going off. ”

“We absolutely had a beautiful time at our stay and Mr. and Mrs. Colpani home! It was my daughter‘s graduation weekend from high school and thanks to the size of the house and the yard we were able to all our family and friends for a great weekend! Not only did we get to enjoy the beautiful home, we were able to fish off the pier which was super fun! We were also able to have a small celebration which made the experience even more beautiful!
