“Stain on the roof that had not been cleaned , the roller blind was hanging off above the window possible chane if I used it that it would have fell and hit me , the tv did not work properly as it continuously glitch with lines over the screen on all channels not a signal issue ,the remote control for the TV was damaged and the back cover kept falling off ,over all room size small for the price of £200 a night in comparison to a other hotel brands that are in the area ,some of the bar staff a bit...

“La habitación estaba impecable, con todo lo que puedas necesitar para que tu estancia sea inmejorable, es muy espaciosa y limpia. La propiedad está muy céntrica y vale mucho la pena. ”

“room was nice, but staff rude and not at all helpfull. Bar closed and no breakfast or dinner. Also staff booked be onto wrong dates for stay so had to look for different hotel last minute after two nights. Would not advise this stay if you want to eat, drink or sleep.”

“Estuvimos 2 noches, y nuestra sorpresa fue al llegar tarde al motel (la recepción del alojamiento ya había cerrado), comprobamos que la habitación estaba desecha, las camas no las habían hecho, sin papel higiénico y las papeleras llenas, no habían limpiado. Al estar cerrada la recepción no pudimos comentar a nadie el estado de nuestra habitación. No recomiendo nada este alojamiento. ”

“Hotel al lado del centro y de los lugares de interés, limpio, moderno y unas vistas excepcionales. Persona muy amable. Si volvemos a Glasgow repetiremos ”
