“The room appeared to be clean, however I spilt some water on the floor and when I cleaned it up, the paper towel was black. It did not appear the floors had been scrubbed in quite some time. Bed was comfy. Kitchen could have been stocked better, particularly with water glasses. Limited towels, only 2 bath towels for a 3 night stay for 2 of us, one kitchen hand towel, one dish cloth and no towel to dry dishes, the dishwasher was out of order. The location couldn’t be better when visiting a student at Shattuck—close to the school, restaurants, grocery stores, and more.The loft was beyond cozy, spotless, and had every amenity we needed for a comfortable visit. “The property manager took an hour to communicate back with me after being locked out and given the incorrect access code in the booking. The phone number listed was a business number not open on the weekends. The host made me feel like I was stupid and at the wrong property. This is the worst experience I have ever had using a vacation property rental host. ”
