“We rent the ground floor of the duplex. This place was very clean. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. Enjoyed the pool, no one else was renting at the time we were there. The outdoor covered sitting area was great, as it rained most of our stay. The owner was very responsive. I had to call him because the code on the door didn’t work, but he picked up first ring and had it fixed within a minute or so.”

“This was honestly one of the best decisions I have made in terms of where we stay. It was two blocks from the beach with access to public parking, it was only a few blocks from the neighborhood market so we could pop over really quickly if we needed something, only minutes from Family Kingdom area and much more. But it felt just like we were at home in a wonderful neighborhood. It was clean, quiet, well stocked, and the owners were a pleasure to work with. We will be staying in this location...

“Great location, clean and comfy. The only thing I would suggest they do is place parking signs in front of the parking spaces. It was hard to find due to the fact we arrived at night. We had a great stay and would do so again. ”

“We really enjoyed our time here, only bad thing for us which isn't really thier fault the Parking is very tight especially for a bigger suv. It is not a huge issue, the location was great, I'm a big fella and could be on the beach in 4 or 5 minute walk. All around great place for a quick getaway. ”

“Looks small on the outside but roomy on the inside they supply everything you need for a beach trip or grill out. outside is fence for the pets and even has a table and fan for you all hard floors through out so clean up is a breeze 10/10 would go again ”

“Very nice updated home! We had 7 adults, and 2 children(ages 2 and 6) and had a great time! The home had plenty of room for all of us. The kids loved the games room and the big back yard. Was stocked well and very close to CCU. ”
