“There was a small amount of something brown and possibly sticky on the wall/ceiling in the far corner of our room. Breakfast was “meh”. Eggs and sausage were barely warm and they don’t have cream cheese despite having bagels available. There are no “do not disturb” signs to hang on your door. Housekeeping randomly opened and closed our door without knocking or announcing themselves and didn’t apologize after. They also have a $20 early check in fee that they failed to mention when I had called...

“The room we had was spacious. Easy to get the cart in and out with our luggage. It was clean and well prepared. The hallways could’ve used some attention, but this did not detract from our stay. Be prepared, the elevators are at the end of the hallways not near the entrance or breakfast room. Breakfast was wonderful. “Light switch entering room did not work. Run out of hot water while taking a shower 3 times. Refrigerator did not work. Toilet handle was broken. Coffee maker didn't work. Breakfast choices were pitiful. Won't stay there anymore.”

“The facility is an old hotel whose rooms have been updated. They still have the creaky old floors, though there are rugs on them now. We choose to stay there knowing that, and because it was one block away from the Nauvoo Temple. The bed was great. We had to drive to another facility where we checked in and where the free breakfast was.”

“Very nice place, I liked and very cleaned”

“One of the best stays I’ve ever had!”

“The room was just fine. Not too much noise and the beds were good. I just have some suggestions. You should have three pillows for each bed and more convenient electrical outlets that have ports for phones.”
