“My family stayed at Mermaid Cottage for a weekend while attending wedding festivities in the area. The house is comfortable and clean and the area is quiet, but great proximity to many Cape Cod locations. Our host, Louise was fantastic and quick to respond. Mermaid Cottage was the perfect place to retreat and relax after a long day and the patio was a wonderful area to hang out. Highly recommend!”

“This was the most charming little coastal cottage we could have dreamt of. All of the basics are covered here - just bring what you need to make the memories! The view from the living room and front porch were splendid. We enjoyed beachcombing with quick and easy access. The location is really great; easy to get around. In town for a family wedding; couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you!”

“Wonderful property manager, friendly, great with our Golden (Charlie). At the end of a peninsula, the best spot on this body of water. We kayaked and walked the connecting road. Easy drive access to eateries. The place is small and rustic which is fine for us, we have stayed in similar in USVI and at Whiteface Mt.This is a quaint little place, over a garage, at the end of a dirt road.”
