“This was such a great experience that I have been urging friends to go. We came to Lanesboro to see a play (excellent) and do some shopping. This might become our go to for a quick vacation. Staff is SO NICE and the room was beautiful.”

“The bed is phenomenal! The woman at the front desk was so helpful and getting me a hotel in Missouri for the next night the hot tub was nice and hot. The water in the shower was nice and hot and the little lotion bottle hanging off the wall was cute.”

“We want a refund!!! We eneded up leaving shortly have check in. Due to being lockedout of our room! Then told we could leave cause they had to charge the door lock! I started to record the situation and wow the lady got EXTREMELY anrgy. Her boyfriend was there just sitting in the lobby. He got in my wifes face. Theres even more to this! Please refund our money. “Loved the history baked right into the hotel itself. Great recommendations from front desk staff. We appreciate hotel cleaning staff honoring our wishes to not have our room cleaned during our two nights stay — we’re pretty clean and don’t use that many of the complimentary items to need a restock😊. Dinner and breakfast at Scarlet were delicious— also great staff! ”

“Clean room, helpful staff, free breakfast. We had a problem with our heating and maintenence had left so the gentleman at the front check-in came right up and took care of the problem. Check-out was easy and quick.”
