“I hate to score it with only 4 stars... It would have been 5 stars if we wouldn't have had the problem with toilet. Toilet did not flush well. I asked the reception desk and they kindly just someone to pump it but it was not clogged the problem is that the toilet has not enough water pressure to fully flush...”

“Every thing excellent, except the bathroom plumbing. The toilets were installed for very very short people. If you have leg or knee issues, ask for a handicapped room. Also, our shower seemed to have had a recent adjustment to the temperature regulator. I could feel rubber inside the unit scrapping as it was turned AND when the handle was turned the water either shut off or got to extreme hot or cold.”

“Amazing hotel! Our room, the lobby, and breakfast area were so clean. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Our beds were so comfortable. The hotel lobby was beautifully decorated for Halloween. The breakfast options were delicious. ”
