“We had an amazing visit to Echo Bluff State Park. The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The restaurant served delicious food, the smoked ribs were outstanding. We enjoyed hiking in the area. Our only constructive feedback would be that the receptionist should know where hiking trails or other resources are. We asked for information and she said she didn't know. We found another guest who provided information.”

“At check in, Brian was on the phone, didn’t help us identify best entrance to our room nor about the additional $50 automatically added for incidentals ( not actually billed if not used). Brian handed me the bill to sign, slid the room cards to me, not a single word since his phone call was more important. Not the best first impression of Drury Hotels. The hotel, amenities and other staff are actually amazing! Complementary snacks and breakfast were so good ( and appreciated)! Shout out to...
