“The room was fine, the setting beautiful. It was clean, and there was in-room coffee.The problem was the restaurant, where the food was bad and the service at breakfast worse. They were clearly understaffed.”

“I wanted very badly to love our stay here. Unfortunately I can’t. We were given the “updated” room and when we arrived there was water on the floor we assumed initially that it had just been cleaned. However as we walked across the vinyl plank flooring water was squirting up at us from between the planks with each step! By morning when we woke up we realized we were sleeping on a moat the floor and everything that was on the floor ie… our luggage was soaked. We were moved to the not updated room...

“New and very well positioned hotel along the river. Easy parking, and check in. Most amenities unavailable on a Tuesday, private club to join for Casino, bar. And outside the confines of the hotel there was a strong smell of smoke from the Casino. Huge room on 6th floor, with great view of river, river traffic and the lighted bridge to the south. Walked downtown waterfront to find food.”

“Great location great dog park. Only wish they had scrambled eggs as an option for people who can’t have things in there eggs. Will stay again ”
