“Unclean sheets Ac not working in the room Microwave use and smell like old food and the refrigerator smell like a dead animal elevator not working properly waited 10 minutes to go from 2 floor to 1 floor because the door of the elevator was opening by itself again and again disrespectful customer service had to wait 20 minutes to check in because it was not on the system there was no ice in the second floor the hallway smell like weed the dirty and stained towels there was fungus on the bathroom...
