“Clean, comfortable, and quiet room. The room had a small kitchenette but the kitchen amenities were sparse. I noted there was no cork screw, for example. I liked the Dove soap amenities in the bathroom and the nice finishes in the room. The bed was excellent, as were the black-out drapes. Front desk staff was excellent at check in and check out. “The room smelt wet and musty”

“The hotel and our room were very good. Clean and fresh. What we were very disappointed about was the lack of having a continental breakfast. That would have been acceptable if at least the restaurant would have been open. Unacceptable to have a hotel restaurant only open at 11:00 am. Some people are travelling through and need to be on the road much earlier. The lady at the desk gave us a copy of places to eat in Carlyle but most of those only opened at 11;00 also or weren’t open at all on...

“Great lodge and price”

“It was nicely updated in the room, outside was run down and dated. Front desk lady was fantastic and very helpful. Breakfast was a typical buffet breakfast eggs, hash browns and bacon along with yogurts, toast, cereal and juice. A few minor issues in our room, but it’s a very small town hotel so it was expected. Front desk lady did everything to provide anything we needed.”
