“It is a beautiful little place, plenty of room for my sister and I to stay. Updated but keeping the old- doorknobs, windows, and hardwood floors. It is walking distance to many stores, coffee shops, the lake, and my brother’s house! I’m hoping my husband and I can stay next month.”

“Loved the unit and location is good, but a bit noisy from truck traffic. Unit was clean and well furnished and I love that my dog was allowed. One suggestion is to put a shade or curtain on the kitchen window and door window for a bit more privacy, especially at night.”

“I messaged them 3 days before the stay for check-in information with no follow up whatsoever and then messaged me and 11:30 the day of our stay that they were cancelling due to a double booking. Completely derailing our morning and added a couple levels of stress to our travel. Would not recommend, horrible response from the host as well”

“I’ve stayed here twice because it’s a terrific location to walk everywhere. I noticed the neighbors upstairs were a little louder this time around, but I know old houses echo. Just something to consider if you are planning to relax or read at the rental. Though I turned on the fan and it drowned out the sound well. :)”

Everything was clean, well-kept, and we literally walked everywhere, as it was in the heart of downtown. Never used our car once. The owner responded to questions within minutes, very friendly and attentive. We would stay here again.”

“The space is extremely clean and well-stocked with towels, pillows, blankets, etc. There's a lot of attention to detail and convenience, such as mirrors where you'd want them to put on your makeup. The neighborhood is quiet, calm, and a quick walk to downtown to save you on having to pay for parking (which is not free anywhere we could find). Farmers market on Thursday was lovely!”

“The location is great because it gives you two parking spots downtown where public parking costs 4 dollars an hour. We parked and were able to walk everywhere we wanted to visit the whole weekend. The facility was quiet and very clean. The apartment was light and cozy. There was plenty of bedding, clean towels & toiletries. The daybeds in the main living room were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all the dishes & utensils we needed for light meals. Definitely would recommend.”
