“Perfect place to stay in Surf City! We are a family of 3, and it was a great fit. My daughter loved the cozy bunk beds and the king bed was very clean and comfortable! Views of the ocean and intracoastal. It was so nice to have beach chairs, towels, and some sand toys to bring to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and loved being able to walk to restaurants, shops, and the beach! Highly recommend! ”

“Finding the rental,parking and getting into the unit was super simple and well explained. We enjoyed being on the third floor because the view of the ocean was a nice bonus. The building was quiet and all the other guests were friendly and quiet. The kitchen had most of the basics but we didn't intend to do a lot of cooking. The blender was a nice touch but we could have used a vegetable steamer. We really enjoyed the location! It was so easy to walk to the beach with our gear and even go...

“Rob was an extremely helpful and accommodating host, making sure every need was met. We loved the location- just a short walk to the beach. It was very helpful how the bathroom was set up (a shower in the middle and 2 doors to access it, each with a small toilet/sink combo)- we were a bit nervous as we had 2 adults, 3 teens and a young child but everyone was able to have access to bathrooms whenever needed. We will definitely be back!”
