“Christy was very welcoming, answering question and making sure we were comfortable. Her welcome book was informative so we had no questions once in the property. The only downfall was that beds had to be made upon arrival. Based on other family staying on the property, that seeems like a St Regis thing, not an owner choice. However, having beds made makes it feel more like a vacation than a chore. The condo overall was clean, well decorated and well stocked with kitchen ware/coffee etc....
