“Location was great, unit was in poor condition. Kitchen faucet leaked, walls were very dirty with scuf marks and looked like blood or buggers on bathroom door jamb. Bathroom (barndoor) wouldn't shut all the way. Bed was supper hard. Was rented to 5 bodies with only 4 sleeping spots so we had to buy a blow up mattress.”

“This place is incredible. The views of downtown are beautiful, and the location couldn’t be better. We chose it so we could walk to Mile High Stadium for a soccer game, and it took less than five minutes. If you’re planning to attend a concert or sporting event, this is a perfect spot. Check-in was simple and smooth. The host sent the door and garage codes about an hour before arrival, responded quickly to questions, and was easy to reach. “Overall, we were disappointed by the property. The home was dirty and not maintained very well. We suggest hiring a new cleaning service. Amenities were bare minimum. The home says it sleeps 10, but it sleeps 10 with a blowup mattress. On a positive note, the communication with the owner was very good. He was very responsive and quick to help if we had any issues.”
