“residential neighborhood, adjacent to an elementary school. close to downtown FT Myers and about 1/2 hour to beaches and Jet Blue ballpark. No direct access to the pool from the lanai. complex is average. walls are thin, had some noisy neighbors with music and a barking dog most days. Owner was responsive. ”
