“The photos looked amazing but they were older pictures and the house is in need of some TLC. The pond was cool but needed cleaned up very swampy and needed all the tall weeds cleaned up. The air conditioning system was drastically undersized for the 2nd and 3rd floor. It stayed at least 80 degrees in these rooms and would get in the low 70 my mornings.
