“It was a lovely period hotel that was restored to its original glory. The room was spacious with all the amenities. The bed and linens were superb. It’s right downtown and close to the attractions. Restaurant and lounge were equally good.”

“I never give negative feedback, but this hotel deserves it. The first room had nail clippings and hair on the bed sheets. After switching rooms, the second one had an overwhelming feet smell throughout the entire room. When I called the front desk for help, the staff were rude, handed me a duvet without even a clean sheet, and walked away without resolving the issue. Terrible cleanliness and even worse customer service.”
