“We booked a queen double room and when we checked in , they had upgraded us to a suite. The room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. The mini-bar was stocked with pop , juice and water and it was complimentary. There were nice cozy robes to relax in. The temperature was great for sleeping and the hotel was quiet. We enjoyed a wonderful meal at the restaurant. All in all it was a wonderful stay. So relaxing and enjoyable.”

“We checked into a dirty room, the front staff was great about it and moved us to a different room. The hotel never informed a person the hot tub is closed and waiting for parts, I guess I would have liked a better discount than $17 for the room error and lack of communication of no pool availability. a bit disappointed with the stay.”

“Staff were great, pool was nice, sauna was closed so that was a bummer. Restaurant was good with good service. Bed was comfortable. Needs some updates which sounds like is happening. The sink in our bathroom didn’t drain and the bathtub/shower tap had a mind of its own on whether it wanted to turn on or not. Overall pretty decent stay.”
