“Beautiful Hotel”

“Really good ”

“We hadn't expected to book a place like this but we were so pleased we did since it was so beautiful and peaceful. The views when the sun set and rise were extraordinary with the river in perfect view. I loved drinking coffee while watching barges go by. The tiny home had everything we needed and more from plenty of towels to comfortable furniture inside and out on the deck. The bed was firm and the whole place was very clean. It looks brand new and had nicer kitchen cookware than most. ...

“Breakfast was great. Especially the French toast. Classic preparation.”

“Good ”

“The room was good, but the bed was metal and every time we moved it would make noises and wake us up. There are cats running all over even in the place they have the breakfast setup so if you don't like animals or have an allergy to cats don't book here. Also, they have no working elevator so if you have issues climbing stairs don't book here. The price was good and we don't have issues with cats or climbing so this is why a 3 star not a one. I just want people to know what they are getting...

“This is a beautiful older home that has been wonderfully renovated! Our room was large and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and well-presented. We just wished we had more time to stay and enjoy it.”

“Good ”

“The house is beautiful, it’s a great experience, the breakfast and the after tour. But there is a BIG BUT…we stay in the siege room because we didn’t want to spend that much because we were arriving late, and it’s was just a night and we were planning to wake up early ande leave because we had a long drive home, so that said… I would definitely stay here again but I would never book the siege room…you don’t have privacy, you enter the room through the kitchen so you feel a little bit awkward,...

“They are in the middle of renovation, so things weren’t perfect. The bathrooms are hopefully part of the renovation. They were fine but not excellent. The bathroom sink faucet is so close to the counter, it’s hard to put your toothbrush under the water or wash your hands. The tub needs good caulking. Staff was very friendly, helpful. Beds slept great. Parking was good. It was very convenient to restaurants, gas, stores etc”

“We chose this location for the ease of its 1/2 way point to Orange Beach the next day We stayed in Kate’s room with a king bed which had ample parking right next to our room which made unloading and loading so easy. We were steps away from downtown Vicksburg for exploring and dining! Morning breakfast was!!! Fresh & Delicious So charming a place for a quick stop, priced well for such great accommodations friendly staff Amy, Tammy and Sam the owner!”

“Great location for us as we had events at Millsaps. The inn was fantastic. The staff was so nice. Everywhere was clean. The bed was comfortable. AC worked great. The pantry was wonderful. Great cookies and a lemon poundcake. Will be back.”

“This apartment was very clean and newly renovated with all the amenities. Loved the historic aspects of the building. The library for guests was very welcoming. Nice outdoor space including a wrap-around balcony on the front of the building overlooking downtown. Great location with all of downtown in a walkable distance. Several close restaurants and shops. Easy on-site parking.”

“Beware if you are booking this property. Lots of stairs. Ask about access to your room. My 77 year old wife and I had to laboriously trudge our way up THREE step stories of stairs. All while trying to lug a small suit case. No one at the facility even offers to assist. Will not book again.”
