“House is clean and the kitchen had everything you need except ground pepper (bought it and left for the next visitors). Kayaking in a peaceful calm lake is a great experience for the kids. Plenty of board games although we brought our own. We walk to the town center which is almost 3 miles. Easy walk for adults but too much for kids to do it round trip. In the town center there’s grocery store, bakery shop next to a pub restaurant. On the way pretty much close to the house is a nice farm with...

“Place was nice, spacious and clean. Two things that I would change I would give at least two towels and bigger towels per guest. One towel per guest is just not enough. Also I would supply extra rolls of toilet paper and paper towels. Other than that, the place was enjoyable and met our expectations!”

“Nous étions deux couples d’amis avec de jeunes enfants, quel plaisir on a eu! Le terrain est tout simplement à couper le souffle! Beaucoup d’espace pour courir, étang avec des grenouilles, jardin, espace feu + bois disponible, immenses arbres, ruisseau avec un point, petite forêt et véranda 🙂 l’accès au lac est possible à moins d’une minute de marche mais il n’y a pas d’accès au quai ni plage. Le chalet est parfait pour deux couples avec des enfants car les chambres sont toutes à l’étage!...

“We arrived in February during some pretty cold weather days (-20 F). Fortunately, the VRBO was so cozy, beautiful, and comfortable that we didn’t mind staying in and relaxing. It was just a lovely place to be. The view of the lake was very pretty and also a neat place to watch the cold wind whip across the frozen water. It’s in a great location. Close to magnificent skiing, skating, and snowshoeing. The bedrooms were comfortable. Even with the cold temperatures the VRBO was warm and not drafty....

“The chalet was perfect for 9 people (4 adults and 5 kids). It was very comfortable and everyone had a bed. Lots of room to move around and the kids could play in the basement. The kitchen is fully equipped. We did not lack a thing. 20 minutes to the ski hill made it perfect for us. The host was very responsive. The chalet was exactly what the pictures and description suggest. Little gem. Would recommend to anyone. ”
