This elegant, only recently in 2010 newly built holiday villa is nestled in a green 1,000 square meter plot of land in a rural setting. The nearest beaches are in Sv. Petar and Biograd. Biograd is a town rich in historical heritage and lots of restaurants. The sea and beach is only 3 km away.Fully enclosed, six-bedroom holiday villa with a private illuminated swimming pool and large terrace with a traditional stone grillYou can relax in the 25 m² pool surrounded by greenery and Dalmatian plants. There are also activities for children in the garden (children's playground with a swing) and a barbecue. There is a covered terrace where you can play table table tennis. The pool is open from May to the end of September,The two-storey villa features six bedrooms and four bathrooms.
