The main living and dining area serves as the heart of the home, providing a generous and welcoming space for the entire group to gather. From this area, you have direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool, seamlessly connecting indoor comfort with outdoor leisure. The open kitchen is fully equipped and integrated into the living space, featuring an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC completes the ground floor common areas.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total, each furnished with 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length. 3 of the bedrooms each feature their own private shower and WC as well as direct access to the terrace, ensuring both privacy and a seamless connection to the outdoor spaces.
