Lovely remodelled rooms. Great bathroom. Outside sidewalks are old and cracked. Need work. Was a bit hard to navigate with my walker. Otherwise my stay was fine. I will book again next time I’m in Swan River.

Hotel under construction but was very nice comfy I would stay again. It is attached to a bar but didn't bother my stay. Staff was great.

When we pulled up it reminded us of the Bates motel. It's not a hotel, it's a motel. The room was good and the one staff working was pretty good. We had to check in and check out in the beer vendor. No restaurant even though it states there is one.

the property was newly renovated so our room was clean & in good condition although the outside looked rather grungy & uninviting. The information on their site indicated that breakfast would be available & the sign on the highway driving into Swan River also stated this! But we were told that no food at all is served in the barl/lounge. It wasn't an issue bcs there are a few other places to eat, but we were just surprised. The TV reception cut out due to no WIFI service, also not an issue The only real negatives were that the water in the shower was not much above tepid & a couple of times, people were crashing into the hallway walls at night. Other than that we were comfortable in this hotel

My only issue was with the shower. Im 6'4" and the shower head was shoulder height. Also the temperature safety was way to low.

To be perfectly honest, this is my first review. I've stayed at many hotels, but mostly chains that get their fair share. Swan River only had 3 hotels listed online at the time I was searching. One was sold out and the big one was well over twice the cost and because I was going to be arriving late and out early, I trusted the recent reviews. It was great! Sure the exterior could use continued uplifting but the photos of the rooms and reviews were spot on! The updates are awesome and actually extremely tasteful for a motel. The room was clean, sheets and mattress spotless. I'd like to have cable but the smart TV found me something to watch. The only disappointing part was the noisy neighbors at 5 am. Maybe some sound proofing in order but realistically it was primarily just neighbors slamming their doors which is preventable at hour. Host was lovely at check in and super fast. I will call this place home in my next passing through for sure!

The rooms have been remodeled so the interior is far better than the exterior, which was a relief upon arrival. The bathrooms were updated and clean. The bedding and linens were good. They provided coffee and bathroom toiletries but not a blow dryer or a sitting space/chair. The TV was modern and had all current apps. One of the rooms a few down from us had its window broken out and there were several piles of glass in the parking area from cars which leading one to assume there have been several break-ins. We appeared to be the only guests because we had the only car in the parking lot, but at night, many of the rooms had people in them. Fighting, screaming, slamming stuff around. We saw a group come and go, arguing and fighting in the parking lot, which made us realize that it's possible the motel is partially used as a shelter. The second night some people fought and slammed things into the walls for 4-5 hours until 2:00 am. The staff just ignored it. The interior space appears to be better than other options in town but best to be diligent and aware while staying.

Room was in need of a good dusting after remodeling was done. All surfaces were coated, pictures had price tags and TV had a sticker on the front. The most important issues I must mention are: Dead bugs were in drawers. No coffee maker or cups to use in the room. Water was cold so was unable to shower.
