Knoll House has an enviable position overlooking Studland Bay. We stayed in a garden room for 2 nights which we found a bit cramped and had no wi-fi signal. The Pines Hotel
Rooms recently refurbished and clean. Breakfast and dinner good quality. Nice bar/reception area, with access down to the beach via steps. Decent car park with two e-chargers. Staff polite and efficient.

This property is what I would call quirky due to its age. There are steps down from the kitchenette into the lounge and steps from the lounge into the downstairs bathroom. I found the property to be clean and comfortable. Generally street parking worked ok but it’s a long walk to the seafront.
